The staff was very friendly and professional, gave advice about the city. Location: the hotel was next to Myrtle Beach, In Whiteville, and close by restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was exceptionally friendly and had marvellous location near food stores, close by restaurants and Whiteville, NC. Our experience was fine from the moment we checked in, would stay here again.

The staff provided really good service, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The King Room was spacious and clean, awesome for a comfortable night's sleep.

The front desk personnel were friendly and quick to assist. I did notice that the cleanliness in the room wasn't consistent, as I found the floor to be somewhat dirty after walking around barefoot. I also wished the room had a more thorough maintenance check to address minor issues.

Not the worst, but not great either

Stayed for a night and honestly, the housekeeping was pretty disappointing. There were barely any clean towels, and the staff at the front desk was super rude. I mean, c'mon! The pool looked so nasty, I didn't even wanna dip my toes in. The room seemed outdated. On the plus side, at least the check-in was quick!
